SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and considering purchasing products and services with Chill Entertainment and ChillSkates.com. ChillSkates produces, ships and delivers all of our orders via ground delivery via traditional truck shipping channels. You should receive an email update with your estimated delivery window once your order has been placed in our delivery schedule and has shipped.

Booking Deposit

To confirm your purchase, or booking, a non-refundable deposit and signed agreement is required to reserve the equipment, or begin production. 

Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing is subject to production and supply chain issues. Orders received with less than  4-6 weeks notice may experience delays . Standard shipping typically takes between 1-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may experience delays. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by national emergencies, global shortages, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Orders

Once an order  has shipped, customers may not cancel for any reason. Your delivery driver will send you an email help track your order, while shipped orders may have a tracking number assigned. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Chill Entertainment and ChillSkates.com is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
